DESAFIO DE LECTURA FANTASIA 2012

En caso de que no hayas leído sobre el desafío, el objetivo es leer y reseñar 10 libros de fantasía YA/MG (Juvenil Adulta/Protagonistas de 10 ó 12 años) que saldrán a la venta en cualquier momento del 2012. Cualquiera pueden unir a lo largo del año. El post inicial para el desafío puede encontrarse aquí.

Cada mes habrá un post donde los participantes pondrán los links a sus reseñas. Las reseñas serán posteadas en un blog personal o Goodreads. El blog The Book Cellar tendrá concursos mensuales para los participantes, y la manera de entrar es linkeando tus reseñas cada mes. Habrá también un gran concurso al final del año para todos quienes lograron superar el desafío. Para firmar en el desafío pulsa aquí y deja el post donde mencionas el desafío y ya estás registrado.

La administradora de este blog traerá entrevistas mensuales con los autores noveles y hará una recopilación al comienzo de cada mes con los libros de fantasía que salgan ese mes. El desafío estará del 1 de Enero al 31 Diciembre y los registros terminarán el 14 Octubre.

2012 YA/MG Fantasy Reading Challenge

This will be the central hub of information for the 2012 YA/MG Fantasy Reading Challenge. In case you haven't heard about the challenge, the goal is to read and review 10 YA/MG fantasy books that come out at any point in 2012. Anyone can join at any point throughout the year. The initial post for the challenge can be found here.

Each month will have a post in which participants will link to their reviews. Reviews can be posted on a personal blog or Goodreads. I will be having monthly giveaways for participants, and your way to entering is through linking your reviews each month. There will also be a grand prize giveaway at the end of the year for everyone who successfully completed the challenge. Sign ups are at the bottom of the page. I will be featuring authors who have fantasy books coming out this year periodically throughout the year in "Fantasy Five" interviews and will also try to do a compilation at the beginning of each month of all the fantasy books coming out that month. The challenge runs January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012. Sign-ups will end Oct 15, 2012.

A note about the Goodreads list is that please remember anyone can add books to it, so while I'll do my best to monitor it, some things may slip by. Below is a spreadsheet of all the YA/MG Fantasy releases coming out in 2012 that I could find. I included all types of fantasy: Urban, high, epic, general fantasy, etc. The spreadsheet can also be viewed online here. All three of these will be edited as I find more books.
